Refund Process:

  • The request will be reviewed by our team, and a decision will be communicated to the client within 3 business days.
  • If the refund is approved, the client will receive the refund amount via the original payment method within 7 business days.

No Refunds after Project Initiation:

  • Once the project has been initiated or commenced, no further refunds will be granted.
  •  Project initiation includes any work, design, or development that has been started or completed by Blue Digital Media.
  • This policy ensures fairness and aligns with the nature of the services provided.

Partial Refunds:

  • In certain cases, Blue Digital Media may offer partial refunds based on the specific circumstances of the request.
  • The amount of the partial refund will be determined by our team after considering factors such as project progress, resources utilized, and time invested.

  • Any updates or changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
